That Little Voice How often do you notice a little voice in your head trying to talk you out of something, telling you not to be so silly, or to stop dreaming and to keep your feet on the ground? It wants to defend you and keep you safe you from disappointment, but you can reprogram this negative voice. The next time you hear yourself making excuses why you can't pursue your dreams, turn that little voice off! You are the only person who can change this. People who are not sure what their next step should be tend to stay stuck because they avoid risks and often give up if there is any kind of resistance. Every time you are trying to make a change in your life you will hear your inner voice that is trying to stop you. If you can learn to recognize this it will give you the freedom to move and change, even though it might be uncomfortable or even scary at first. It takes a lot of courage to choose your own path rather than just following in someone else's foot steps. « Back to FAQ Questions
